Need help Sigma not recognise warrant card.

Hello,

I bought my sigma hsm 18-50mm from KexWoode from Lowyat, It said is original when i bought that time which comes with the warranty card. Now after I have taken some photos that I found it has huge front focus issue at 50mm.

I bring it to Sigma service centre near the Curve and the technician says it is not original and not accept the warranty.

Can any sifu advice on this?

Please do not eat in Al-Aqsa restaurant in Cyberjaya next to PapaRich unless u earn 10k a month. The indomee goreng (shown in pic) is RM6.50. No meat no vege only an EGG!
