Hi, has anybody join any fitness centre in KL area (Celebrity Fitness, True Fitness, Fitness First, Gorgeous Fitness etc) recently
I want to join a club on November, wishing to know the market price. So far I got Celebrity Fitness offer lowest rate RM 148 (Student) with Credit Card payment.

free optimize pc performance software?

I have found one software named tune up utilities, somehow I have missed it during pc fair cuz it's comnig along with avira antivirus. i didn't buy it cuz I have my own antivirus right now.

So, my question is any software can substitute the TUNE UP, I prefer free software to convenience i.e I would rather install 2/3 software to maximize my pc performance and give me advice what to do regarding my PC status. Any free software that useful and virus-free suggestion, guys?
