PC bootup problem

Every time when I restart or power on the pc, it won't immediate enter bootup screen instead I had to wait around 2mins only bootup screen show up and enter windows normally. Within this "idle" 2mins, gpu and chasis fan spin but cpu fan (using CM TX3) did not spin. Moreover, cpu fan start to spin after mobo led turn red and run full speed a few secs before back to normal; at the same time boot sequence (Asus logo) just start show up and enter windows normally.

At first I thought it's RAM problem, so I borrow my friend's RAM to test but still same. I try to disconnect HDD, CD Drive one by one but still can't solved the problem. Later, I remove HDD, CD Drive and graphic card to test, sadly the problem still same

Anyone got any ideas how to fix the problem ? thanks.

My rig specs:
Phenom II x4 955 Black Edition
Asus M4N75TD
2x2gb Kingston Value RAM
Xigmatek 600W Modular PSU
2x MSI GTX 460 CYCLONE OC
Samsung SpinPoint F3 1TB
CM TX3

As title stated every time my PC shut down, the cpu, gpu, chasis and power supply fan still spinning! At first I thought it is some motherboard feature but the fans keep on spinning indefinitely I need to press the power button about 3 secs to turn off/shut off the fans.

Strangely, when hibernated my pc, it can shut down completely(chasis, cpu and gpu fan turn off)

Need help from hardware sifus Thank in advanced.

My PC specs:

Phenom II x4 955 Black
Asus M4n75td
CM Hyper TX3
MSI gtx 460 Cyclone OC SLI
Xigmatek modular 600W
Samsung SpinPoint F3 1 TB

Samsung R429 or Acer Aspire 4738Z?

Samsung R429 (p6100 processor) and Acer Aspire 4738Z (P6200 processor), which is worth in term of performance and reliability?

My friend found out this 2 models in garage sales where both of them almost have the same price tag (samsung expensive a bit). Need all sifu advice

Hi all, needed recommendation for choosing good (n of course cheap ) 21'' - 22 '' lcd under RM500 budget (max - 550).

1. Dun mind whether lcd or led, but prefer led (for saving power )
2. i dun mind ips or tn panel (FRC technologies do done impressive job)
3. not a heavy graphic user, mainly for gaming n multimedia(occasionally editing photoshop & movies).

Any suggestion will be appreciate

Hey guys, I'm planning to get a gaming pc with below specs. Need some advice though with ~rm3k budget

Processor: phenom II x6 1055t.
Mobo: Planning to sli in the future, any good and cheap usb3.0 feature mobo? if any pls suggest. Thinking of asus or gigabyte since their design of the mobo
layout is good.
Graphic card: gtx460 1gb, sli in future. Any suggestion of brand?
RAM: 2x2gb 1333mhz ddr3 corsair
HDD: 1TB or 500Gb samsung 7200rpm, depending on other components price.
ODD: no needed
PSU: i calculate using extreme power elite based on my specs, i need 650w to power up the system. For sli, it recommanded 750w. Any suggestion about good
efficiency (80%) PSU?
Casing: need suggestion.
Monitor: no needed
