Determine skin undertone for EDM

Hi, I'm facing difficulties in determining my skin undertone.

My skin condition:

- fair skin
- mild redness on cheek and chin
- black. dark brown eyes
- black hair
- look good in silver than gold

I zoom this picture quite alot so it will look quite blur here, but is taken with 5mp camera phone with normal lighting at the mall :

The 1st picture should be more accurate

Any professional here that can advise me? I wanna buy "Everyday minerals" base but is unsure of my skin undertone ( pink/ yellow/ neutral/ peach).

Rosacea with Avene/ eucerin

Anyone encountered Rosacea before? Please share the product you are using, and everything about it

All this while, i thought I'm having acne, blemish etc.. till today, i found out that it was actually called " Rosacea " to be exact .

My symptoms:

- Get redness / blemish on cheek easily under sun/ heat.
- red bumps
- oily skin

I'm also having large pores problems

Well, according to what i had search on the google, it said it is usually occurred on woman age >30 and fair skin type. I'm just 20 this yr btw.

Anyone with rosacea tried " Avene/ eucerin " before? It seems like their skin redness line is specially design for this skin type.. pls share ya =)

And also, anyone seek for dermatologist regarding this issue? I'm still looking for one.. I prefer them to explain my skin condition and not sell pills to me. And price hopefully is reasonable as well

Oily scalp & dry frizzy end

Last time i used to have dry scalp and dry end.. frizzy hair too..

BUT

Now.. my scalp is so oily.. upper half of my hair is oily even just after i shampoo my hair.. lower part of my hair is dry and bit frizzy
I really don't know what happen.. i did not apply hair cream to my scalp..
even the shampoo i use is for oily hair.. anyone has best way to reduce oiliness on my scalp and at the same time moisture my hair end?

Hi girls, wanna ask some ques about toner .. which we use for our face after cleansing everyday..

1) Toner is a MUST? what if i skip it?

2) Is there any possibility that toner will create more pimples?

Actually i start using a set of skin care since 2months + ago, but my face tend to grow more pimples easily..it will still go away after few days.. and grow a new one again.. but i don't know what's the problem.. mayb my skin is adapting to new product? or my face doesn't suit it at all? i got no idea..

Recently, my sister finish her toner.. so she use mine. Her face grow few pimples after few days using it.. so i really wondering it is toner that cause it?

I never heard of toner will cause pimples anyway

Eye curler & mascara

Anyone can help me on how to use eye curler and mascara?

I tried the eye curler.. i put it very very near my eyes already.. till the max d.. but still can't curl much.. mayb a lil bit..

Should i curl then use masraca, then curl again?

As for the mascara... it will cramp together.. =(

Can teach me proper procedure on how to do it?

Hi, i am actually underweight... so wonder if any way that can gain weight effectively.. oth than eating more.. and oth than pill or surgery.. haha..
