1.Your orders will be processed daily basis during business day, which is Monday to Friday.
2.The daily cut-off time for order processing will be at 11pm (GMT +8:00 Singapore Malaysia Brunei Hong Kong). We will send out your order on the next working day, if we receive your payment information before 11pm.
3.We might delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resources problem. For urgent order, please make note in your order form so we can try our best to carry special arrangement for you.
4.If happen that your ordered item is out of stock, we will try our best to contact you before sending out the parcel. However in certain condition, we might refund to you directly without prior notice.
5.Skygreen reserves the rights to decide the cheapest and most effective courier company based on your location and the weight of your goods.
6.After sending out your parcel, we will inform you the tracking number by your contact email. If you are not receiving your parcel after the promised leadtime, please contact the courier company directly.
