IGCSE, GCSE, GCE

Can someone pls help me.
I am so confuse, what is the different between IGCSE, GCSE and GCE?
I check British coucil website but still.... and if to apply they are two choices, one is under CAMBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL EXAMINATIONS and one is under EDEXCEL LONDON GCE. How do i know which one is suitable?
