SSD runs like crap

Hi all, I just receive a SSD few days ago, it still quite decently new I would say at only around 2xxx, data write/read and power on hours. But I am getting very terrible speeds. As in the attachment. Do you guys have any idea? RMA is not an option I guess it already out of warranty (purchased 2014 on warranty sticker). I am sure plugged into SATA 6GB/s port but still getting crappy results, updating firmware and controller driver doesn't help either, it's already on AHCI mode and even Windows recognize it as an HDD How to fix that?

It is using Toshiba MLC chips. That's not even close to 450MB/s at all!!
