Disk Boot Failure and Blue Screen together

I noe alot of ppl posting this but i have to post it again...sorry.

For the past 3 months im having this problem disk boot failure. When i insert the disk inside it will run windows like normal. I basically do not know anything. And sometimes when i use halfway it just blue screen and keep on restarting non stop.

My hard disk is having a funny noise, so im guessing its dying AGAIN.. In this 3 months i change 3 HD already. WDigital HD =.=" 1 is 1TB and 500GB. It takes turn to change. Each time it dies, there are bad sectors, and its getting more n more too for each HD.

All the above problem, can it be solve? save? solution? (not buying new pc please)

Is there any other way to not make all these things happen again?!
So sick of it. but if can fix it, ....ill be glad to do it

And could the problems comes from the power supply?
My pc is hot, and now i open the casing and it seems like far more better...

Mini player on taskbar

I reformat my pc.
Then my WMP is not on my Quick Launch.
I open my WMP9 and minimize it, they dont have the settings for the WMP to become mini player.

Any1 can help to get the icon back n the mini player back?
Its suppose to be default right?
