This means someone dont want AZ, then he/she declined to accept, and the appointment given to me?

Most of my fren also reject to be vax by AZ. why dont want AZ?

Underground Main Water Pipe to Tank Rusted

Hi guys, need some help / opinion,

I'm living in an old single storey house, where the water piping from main source to SS tank on roof being placed underground.

The water tank used for my bathroom only.

Whenever there's water disruption and after everything ok, rusted (brownish) water started to come from the tank into my bathroom.

At first I thought it was 'mud' coming from the main source. However after several occasion, I believed it was due to my main pipe (underground pipe) being rusted (steel type piping). I know the pipe is steel because from one area, the pipe being installed vertical direct to the roof. Therefore, the underground pipe also must be steel type too.

What should I do? I'm trying to avoid renovation to replace the old underground pipe. Was thinking to DIY only since it involved piping system.

If I install water filter, still it will be rusted since the filter will be placed at the main pipe area outdoor.

Hi all sifus need your kind advise

I have dealt with this main contractor to do renovation on my car porch > changing all tiles + change from old type window to casement window + change main gate + hacking old concrete to new for car parking + build up concrete wall. So after discussion we agree to do the renovation without documentation. Cost agreed ~ RM8500

- So the renovation process going on not by the Conman but someone else. So I thought this 'someone' was the worker of the Conman.

- 70% job done ~ left tiling halfway done + Casement Window + Main gate, Conman lari already.

- Payment made to Conman - RM7000

- Further checking, Conman has con a lot of house owners including hardware shop.

Today, that 'someone' actually the Sub Contractor hired by this Conman to do the job. I didn't know about this at all. So this subcon guy came and told me that the Conman did not pay anything to him on the cost & salary. So he ask me to pay the cost. If not he will tear down / undo all the process that he has done.

Can the subcon do this? I'm not dealing with him. Furthermore I have loss more instead of him. Even though he told me to pay lesser than his loss but I still at the losing end.

Any advise will be appreciated. Thanks

need your kind opinion in this matter. How to cover the air brick hole in house.. This air hole wasted my aircond flow and all dust from outside flew inside.. Everyday I need to sapu until fed up ady..

I have few ideas:

1. Buy plywood to cover whole area 6.5ftx1ft

2. Buy 2 pieces of compress wood but scared later the edge will break when I screw it up to the wall

Problem with housing loan outstanding balance

Back in year 2007 my friend bought a house under RHB bank housing loan. He has been going steady until year 2009 due to some family problem his house was being auctioned. That was his first house.

After the auction process done, he went to RHB head office to seek clarification whether he still have any outstanding balance with the bank. Bank officer informed him that everything settle and no outstanding balance that he need to pay..

Time goes by..

Today he received call from RHB asking him to make payment since he still got outstanding balance from his previous house. He ask the bank officer why after 4 years only this issue being raised when the time he was at RHB HQ the bank officer told him everything settled? He was told that this case just brought up by bank's department and detected that my friend still has outstanding balance, thus he need to sent 'Account Status' letter to RHB for account clarification. After that only the payment process take place either monthly installment of lump sum payment.

He was so piss off because no notification received from RHB about the outstanding before. And now he need to pay for the outstanding balance.

During our TT session, I asked him whether he receive any discharge or declaration letter saying that he has no more hutang with the bank. He told me that it was his first house and he was not aware on the discharge / declaration letter process.

Any sifus here can help on his problem? Can he bring this matter to any dept such as law firm or something like that?

Details of the complaint : Search from LYN for Makita rotary hammer drill and lead to his thread. Performed checking and found out he was active in LYN until Dec 2012. Call his number but didn't pick up. SMS in the afternoon at night baru reply.

Want to COD but later informed that he was at Sabah and willing to POST it. Hence i feel uncomfortable as i preferred COD transaction. However, due to I really need it and he sound convincing, ask him for name and bank account.

Did performed web search after received his details. No forum or anywhere informing that he was a scammer penipu haram jadah. So I bank in the money.

1st Day: Message like normal. Ask for tracking code. Said that at evening only can send to pos laju as he need to pack the parcel > At night msg me again informing that he was unable to go to post office due to flood in pusat bandar sabah. Next day only can send.

2nd Day: Silent whole day. I kept on message him but no reply. At morning 1.45am he replied saying that he was overslept for whole day and will pass the tracking code.

3rd Day: Silent whole day until today.
