Is it very difficult to enroll in SG poly ?

Well... Quite important question over here...
I was studying diploma in KL here.... but I think it wouldn't be nice even I grad from here...

So I just wondering can I enroll into any one of the singapore polytechnics ?
for you guys information... overall, my SPM result just met the minimum requirement for the entry.. which can said very lousy=="

my first choice would be interior design, architecture... which mean design course ~
anyone who studied in SG poly. before can gv me any opinion ?

when is the application and intake start ? how much for the course ?
