Selling Thru "Box Rentals", eg inQBox

Anyone here has experience selling through the "retail box rental" services such as inQBox? I notice they're springing up in a lot of the major malls, and I always drop in to see a lot of quirky funny stuff.

Question: What sort of items usually sell well in those boxes? I know the rent isn't a lot - but is sales enough to cover them while still providing a worthwhile margin?

iPhone 3GS sound / audio problems

I was having a problem with the sound in the iPhone 3GS. Music and games would work fine, but messages and ring tones did not. The phone was quiet when calls and SMSes came in. Needless to say, it cost me a number of missed calls, lots of money returning calls, and some annoyed callers! Thought I should share this to avoid similar grievances.

I thought it was the Settings or something... turned up the volume to the max, checking over and over again to make sure it was alright. The problem, as it turned out, was that I had accidentally turned on the MUTE button located on the side of the phone! All I had to do was flick it back to normal mode, and everything was ok...

Website / email inaccessible from client site

Problem details
First occurence of problem: This morning
Problem description: My client's office based in Klang - can't access their own website hosted in Cyberjaya. Internet connection is fine - all other websites can load - except their own, which means their emails are inaccessible. I tried logging on from my own offices in USJ & KL, but everything OK. So definitely not a problem on the server - quite possible the connection or the local office proxy's DNS.

Got the client to do a ping to the IP - it gave a "Request Timed Out". I've advised the client to do a DNS flush on their local computers.

What could possibly be wrong? I find this situation very weird and frustrating because it doesn't seem like it can be solved very easily!

Problem details
First occurence of problem: Last Monday
Problem frequency: Permanent
Problem description:

A client of ours, a business based in Port Klang has not been able to connect to their website and email services hosted on our server. Funny thing is, they can access all other websites (eg Yahoo, Google, Mkini, etc, ) - all except our server. However the connection works fine from my office in KL and from my home in USJ. What gives?

Can their fixed IP be an issue? We've eliminated the possibility of their IP being blacklisted; and it really can't be a problem with our server since everyone else can access it fine?
