There would be two parts to this:<br /><br />Part 1 - theory and swimming pool<br />Part 2 - practical sea diving<br /><br />For part 1, we would be doing the theory and pool diving in Klang Valley on the weekends. For part 2, we would be spending 4 days 3 nights at Redang which would be around the Raya period.<br /><br />We are learning this way because we have heard a lot of our friends that the 5 days 4 nights course at the beach is very cramped and you don&#39;t really have enough practise. We have found a good Chinese PADI certified instructor and he is patient enough to spend many weeks for the part 1 coaching to make sure all of us have all the necessary experience for part 2. <br /><br />Total cost including certification, rental of equipment, transport &amp; accommodation is estimated to be about RM2k. We can negotiate for group discount is the response is good.
