Good controller for Windows 7 PC

Hi I am looking for any recommendation for a wireless gamepad/controller for my Windows PC, the priority would be compatibility with games and wireless capability. I am aware of Xbox One Wireless Controller but correct me if I am wrong, but it needs an extra adapter which bumps the total costs to about ~350 whereas my budget is below 200

Thanks!

Annual leave after a year working

Hi I have a friends who is working in this company for about 5 months now and the company has a policy like this, you only get paid annual leaves after 12 months of working there which means she can't take any annual leave now, she can only take unpaid leave.

My question is, aren't annual leaves provided to the employee in a pro-rate basis, for instance if the contracts says 12 days per year and since she has been working there for 5 months she should get about 5 days of paid leaves isn't it?

Thank you

Hi I plan to purchase something from a store at oversea and according to the site, it did provide international shipping. However this is my first time purchasing from overseas and through international shipping, I wanted to ask will I faced any difficulties with custom duties and stuff?

Its a bangle worth about RM150 though, from http://www.faeriemag.com/

Hi guys, I was planning to go to a horse track this weekend 19th April on Penang turf club just to have the experience. But one thing I had in mind is, what time do horse racing starts? Does it differ from track to track or they follow a standardized time?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

P/S: I went to the Penang Turf Club website and I couldn't found any mention of the start time.

Black ants infestation in car

Hi guys, not too long ago out of nowhere black ants starts to crawl out from my air cond blower. I read some old threads over here so I tried putting ant baits (King Kong brand, btw) inside the car but that doesn't seem to solve the problem. Today I got the worst situation ever where loads of black ants get blown out of the air cond to my cloth as well as passenger seats. Does anyone has experience on black ants infestation and have some effective solution?

P/S: I heard from someone servicing the air cond *might* help but I am not its validity or does the shop provide such service

Hi guys, I am currently having some problems with my tires. The thing is, one of my tire seems to have its pressure drops down really quickly. I pump all 4 tires at the same time, but it only takes few days for me to notice that the particular one tire seems kinds of deflated. When I go to the station to pump up the pressure, that tire was shown <50kPA. But anyway I was able to pump the pressure back up so I wasn't sure if it is punctured. The other 3 was fine though, so guys what actually is the problem?

Super Slow Wireless Connection

Hi guys, I recently bought a new TP-Link W8901G Modem Router and I am encountering some problems. The wired connection to my desktop works fine but the wireless connection is super slow. Most of the times I can't even connect to the Internet using my Android. I tried changing the wireless channel and authentication method but didn't work. The funny thing is, my friend have the exact same model but I can go to his house and use his WiFi without any of this problem. Any ideas guys?

Dual Channel RAM Question

Hi guys, I am having some confusion about this dual channel stuff. From what I read on various sites, dual channel can be achieved just by installing two identical RAM modules but I also saw many company offers those "two-piece" kit. The thing confuses me is, those "two-piece" kit is usually priced significantly higher than 2 "one-piece" of the exactly same RAM. Why is the price difference actually? Can't I buy two pieces of identical RAM separately and achieves dual channel?

P/S: I also read about the dual channel performance increment is negligible but I am just wondering this issue.

About a year ago, I was involved in a car accident, just some kissing on the back. We reported anyway. But I didn't receive any summons after all. That time I was still on my P license and today I changed my P to normal license smoothly. I heard if I have any summons unpaid I won't be able to do this process. Does this mean I don't have any summons unpaid? I just want to make sure of this. Thanks.

Okay, here my problem. You know the black screen that we see right after we turn on our PC and the second one that give us access to OS choices menu? Well, mine has shifted to left. For example, when we press F8 on the second screen we can choose login with Safe Mode..etc. Since mine has shifted to the left, I can only see Mode, Mode with Networking etc...The whole screen just shifted to the left since I don't even know when. Can anyone verify the problem for me?
