HELP new computer black out

here are the spec
Asus P5KPL (big mobo)
2 x 1GB DDR2 RAM kingston
Cooler master Extreme power plus 460W
WD Hard disk 160GB Sata 8M
Winfast PX8600GT DDR3 256MB 128bit
Lite on DVD burner...
Intel Core 2 Duo 65nm E4500 2.2Ghz

here is the case, first day the PC is work as a charm....., today while i'm using it , it suddenly black out.....
press power button also no use... so i cut off the power and switch on again.... it no out come at all

i had check all the fan are spinding... (include PSU + Processor FAN + PX8600 GT）
but no boot screen at all, just black,,, i check the VGA cable already no problem,,,

also i reset (discharge) the CMOS by pressing the power button in few second....

it still wont boot (usually first is the GC detail, and then the mobo bios... then i can see Windows is booting) but now is just black out .....

and i check the RAM unplug it the plugin again ... also no use , i double check the power supply cable .....

so any one got any idea?
