hey i just want to know did anyone here join e-fix??last time when i bought my laptop in lowyat. the saleperson offer me this extended warrenty RM88...but after i finish the application, there is no update or news that inform i m members or not...so may i know did anyone here join it??

currently i m using acer 5612 model, i wish to upgrade the ram to 1gb...may i know if the sticker broken, izzit my warrenty void?? coz previous acer laptop ram slot is under antother part, but now my 5612 is 2gether with the fan and the wireless part , will affect it if i upgrade ram...thx for ur help
