It&#39;s an old house (~20+ years) and requires quite some work for me and my family to comfortably move in. The house is a double story end lot in Pandan Perdana. Many issues of the house are mainly an aftereffect of the roof often leaks. Planning to start renovations in July. Here is a list of items I wish to get done before I move in:<br /><br />1. Repair the roof / Change the roof (contractor needs to view and suggest best solution)<br />2. Top floor flooring - to remove the carpeting &amp; parquet and replace with tiles <br />3. Paint the whole house (interior &amp; exterior)<br />4. Replace all doors &amp; door-frames (excluding main entrance) - i count 5 room doors + back door + 3 bathroom doors <br />5. Replace grill at the back door<br />6. Replace stairs banisters<br /><br />Those are all the main priority items I want done before I move in. I also have a list of items which are second priority but I want done if my budget permits. Here&#39;s the list:<br /><br />Optional<br />1. Install bathroom wall tiles up to the ceiling (2 bathrooms)<br />2. Replace bathroom sink, toilet and piping<br />3. Replace ceiling - top floor (currently full of leak stains)<br />4. Rewiring <br />5.
