With a budget of RM800 what GC is most suitable for him. (i&amp;#39;ve detached the fan connector, still the sound came out)&lt;br /&gt;3. so i thought it is from my cpu heatsink fan but it wasnt either.             <description>I own a Toshiba U3 TransMemory 4GB USB Flash Drive. I have it for almost a year now. About 2 or 3 day ago I plugged it into my computer and a buble popped out saying something like this &amp;quot;USB Device Not Recognized, One of your USB drive have malfuction, Windows Does not Recognized the devices&amp;quot;. I&amp;#39;ve clicked on the bubble and a &amp;quot;Device Manager&amp;quot; menu popped up and i followed the troubled shooting guide but nothing happen. i&amp;#39;ve tried to plugged it into other several PC hoping that the PC that i was using got some problem with it, but the same thing popped up.
