            <title>Things to expect during house-key passing process?</title>

            <description>Hi Forumers,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have purchased a sub-sale house recently and is expecting to collect the key from the vendor soon. I assume that the settlement of the outstanding fees will be settled then, key will be passed to me in the lawyer office and the final cheque payment to be passed to the vendor of the house by the lawyer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What are the things that I should look out for? Things to expect during the meeting with the vendor and the lawyer ( such as documents , bills , etc )?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Appreciate your feedback very much because the vendor seems inco-operative and wants to charge us late payment fees due to the fact that it&amp;#39;s already the 5th month ( usually 3+1 month to settle the outstanding payment to vendor) and she has not received the final payment from us yet. However, it is not our fault, rather it is the lawyer&amp;#39;s fault because he has delayed his work. FYI, this legal firm is the panel lawyer for the bank which I borrow from, and I (purchaser) and the vendor of this house is also using the same lawyer. Thanks in advance.</description>

            <title>Do you have problems with P1 Wimax payment ?</title>

            <description>Hi All,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I recently signed up with P1 Wimax Home-Plus RM 99 per month. The current promotion in the market is the waived RM 100 registration fee waived ( as a 1st anniversary gift from P1). My initial test experience with P1 at home is excellent, having been able to download at a reasonable speed. I&amp;#39;m a TM Streamyx user but am trying out P1 because the TM technician told me that my house internal wiring needs a fix, and I didn&amp;#39;t really want to repull the cables from the telephone pole( I think that&amp;#39;s what they want me to do) , so am contemplating to switch over to P1 Wimax.  I have 7 days to try out Wimax, now am on the 4th day already, since it was signed up on Sunday.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;However, I&amp;#39;ve been hearing some painful stories about payment to P1:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. 1st comment : updating payment is a nightmare. I paid my bill &amp;amp; they could not &amp;quot;detect&amp;quot;, had to fax over the bank in slip for 5-7 times, still haven&amp;#39;t receive, then they barred my service. I called them up for a week still haven&amp;#39;t &amp;#39;capture&amp;#39; the payment, then after a month only smsed me &amp;amp; said they received my payment. That means, i paid for a month&amp;#39;s &amp;quot;suspended&amp;quot; service&amp;#33; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. 2nd comment: Online payment is also problematic. I print out the page where it says &amp;#39;transaction successful&amp;#39; &amp;amp; fax it to them. Still, it takes up to 2 weeks for them to &amp;quot;detect&amp;quot; the payment. After complaining, it is still the same. Up till date no one called. My line is still being terminated. I&amp;#39;m back to streamyx currently.I came across one of the worst scenarios where i called and they said that &amp;#39;the person in charge of my case is on MC &amp;amp; is not sure when he/she will be back to deal with my case&amp;#39;. it&amp;#39;s gonna give you a heart attack when it comes to calling them to confirm your payment.&amp;#39;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just would like to find out here:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Do you have problems with P1 Wimax payment ? &lt;br /&gt;2. How do you make payment to P1 Wimax? &lt;br /&gt;3. Are the helpline guys efficient in solving your problem?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks a lot&amp;#33;</description>
