im having a problem of delay when casting skill, its about 0.5sec minor delay, any1 having this problem too, btw im using UltimaProxy wif a latency of 300+

as topic, the shop guy intro me a Philip screen 20", compare with a Samsung screen, yes its cheaper, the Philip is just rm360 but samsung need rm420

since the hard disk price is growing like no tomorrow, is it worth to get a new pc for gaming now, my budget is 3k for full set CPU + Monitor, need some advice thx u ^^
