VPN recommendation for TV box

Hi everyone, need your recommendations on which paid VPN for streaming China apps(Youku, LeTV, iQiYi). I searched around and found VyrVPN, ExpressVPN and PureVPN but not sure if those paid VPN will work in my TV Box. My wife loves to watch those China series so definitely needs help here.

Lawyer and legal fee related

I found it used to be a thread about lawyers corner but unable to find it. I'm currently in the progress of applying loan for my first house(subsales property). Here are few quick questions in my mind that I'm not quite sure:

1. I see the banker include legal fee in the loan proposed, I reckon that I would need to pay another set of legal fee for SPA other than loan agreement. Am I right about this?
2. Can I prevent the fee from finance into the loan and direct deal with the lawyer using cash(perhaps some discount)?
3. Is it a must that I need to use the bank's lawyer? Can I appoint my own lawyer to process the loan agreement and SPA rather than using 2 lawyers?
4. I was thinking of some discount(as it would be about 11k to pay both side lawyer) if using the same lawyer.

What would be the best route for the purchase to going smoothly? Taking 2 lawyers and bargain with the lawyers on both side?

Sorry for all the noob questions as there still some things unclear in my mind when making the decisions.

Looking for property to stay

I have been looking for property in Klang and thinking if anyone have any other good location to introduce . So far I have been looking at the following as I'm more familiar with the area there:

Bandar Botanic - mostly around 20*65 size and most of the owner are asking for high price(>550k) for their units. Nearby Bukit tinggi which probably people selling it high.

Bandar Puteri Klang - Affordable price but notice landsink issue even with the Murraya unit. A big long crack at the back of the house.

Bandar Parkland - The G&G area has few 22*75 units which around 600k which is pretty good. The only disadvantage would be the traffic on the flyover and the shop nearby not occupied(less food choices). However, this might be change in coming 5-10 years.

Bukit tinggi - Older house and owner asking for very high price. Mostly around 580k but it's a prime location ma.

Bukit tinggi 2 - Near to Aeon Bukit Tinggi and the price could be around 600++ which could be out of my budget unless the owner willing to sell at lower price. Prime location as well.

Bukit Raja/ Klang Utama - Not familiar with that area so didn't consider it. Any opinion would be good.

I had a budget around 600k and the reason I look into subsales was due to i'm not afford to fork out extra on renovation for new development(which already costs around 600k). I also prefer to spend money on bigger units compared to smaller units like 20*65 or 20x65 as it's just 20-30 differences in price.

Any suggestion on other location or opinion would be great.

Hi all sifu, I have been planning to get a new laptop as a workstation and a replacement to my aging desktop at home. Currently I had narrow down to Dell Inspiron 15r se(FHD + msata combination) and has been thinking regarding the possible SSD configuration.

1. Replacing msata of 32gb to bigger size such as 120/180 as a primary drive.

After some research, it seems pretty possible to replace the msata ssd to a bigger size with a sata capable of 6 Gb/s. However, the msata seems not pretty feasible if I change my mind to replace my msata card else where.

2. Slot in 180/240 GB 2.5" SSDas primary drive + swap ODD for HDD caddy combination.

It seems pretty good as new Intel 335 series 240gb seems to be in a pretty decent price for the storage size. However, it seems that if I plug in the SSD, it only capable to run in 3 Gb/s as I did some search online(still not pretty sure of it).

If this was possible, was thinking if I'm able to raid the msata 32gb available with the 1TB drive located in HDD caddy to slightly improve caching on retrieving files? However, I think ACHI mode were needed to recognize the primary SSD during the installation. This going to be my first SSD so I'm not really sure if anything I missed.

Mainly, I may be dual booting windows and Ubuntu build and thinking which type of configuration would be better. Any advice or pointers on my proposed configuration are welcome.

Iphone 4 Weird Wifi Problem

Hi all ipong sifus,

The wifi on my ipong4 seems not stable at all at downstair, it takes time to load application in app store and browse safari, not to mentioned about downloading apps.

The wifi also constantly dropping and need to reconnect manually. The wifi router is just 2m away from me which the connection of wifi on phone are full bars.

The weird stuff is the wifi works absolutely fine when using at upstair. Download speed fliesssssssss.

Give me some ideas and any hints the root cause of the problem?

The details of phone are as follows:

Iphone model: Ipong4 (sim locked, currently using gevey sim)

Current Firmware : 4.2.1

Current network: Digi

Jailbreaking software : Jailbroken - Snowbreeze

Laptop suggestion for programming

i'm planning to buy a laptop during april in order for me to code on my final year project when i'm out for work. i don't want to spend alot on this laptop as i already have a desktop at home.

1) my budget is around 2k but lesser the better as i can use it to extend more on the warranty
2) free dos machine is prefered .
3) graphic card is not needed as i will mainly doing programming and watch movies on this laptop. May be a bit of facebook games.

so far i have came across lenovo z360,z460 and also acer 3820TG. i wondering some pros here got any other suggestion or i should grab one of these ?

sorry if this is a noob question, i think i was poor in java concept. The problem is i was having a class Book . I was using method from other class call Name .

in Book class, i declare
private Name author = new Name();

what to do if i want to call from other class (Method.java) in order to use the function in Name class. Is that possible??

i currently on my project to design my web page . i set the page with frameset as 3 rows and i want to split the top and middle row to have 2 columns . Somehow the nested frameset does not work out for the top row .

i wondering there is a solution if not i would be using css to design it .
