http://forum.lowyat.net/ Sat, 20 Jun 2026 03:01:34 +0800 FeedCreator 1.7.2 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1170770 hi...first of all lemme tell u xperts, i&#39;m new, and i&#39;m noob about computers or laptops..<br /><br />i&#39;ve been using my compaq for about a year...and everytime i use it, it heats up too much..<br /><br />wether i&#39;m playing games, watching movies or just surfing the net...it heats up...<br /><br />1] this is what happens when i play games: ex: i get to play Live For Speed for only about half an hour...then the graphics start to slow down and distort, laptop overheats, bluescreen, then shuts off by itself...<br /><br />2] when i watch movies or youtube, the laptop overheats, video laggs and sumtime freezes...then laptop shuts off by itself...<br /><br />3] when i only surf..the laptop fan spins very fast, laptop heats up quite hot...and sumtimes overheats and shuts off by itself..<br /><br />i&#39;ve tried using laptop coolers, 3/4 types of em..still the same<br />i&#39;ve tried giving some ventilation to my laptop...same<br />it even overheats in air conditioned room&#33;<br />sumtimes i just feel like throwing this stupid thing...<br /><br /><br />can u xperts help this poor noob...what should i do?
