Decline an offer for a job

I have dilemma and according to the employment agency they will send me legal letter for sure. Here's my situation:

Verbally accepted an offer from company A. Started first day work (it was a half day as I have eye infections) but yet to sign the offer letter. Can I reject/decline to accept the offer from company A although I was in the company for 1/2 day but yet to sign the letter of offer? Can they take legal action against me?

I was told that it is implied that I accepted the offer by reporting to work on the 1st day. I trust this, but what is the proof that I accepted the offer and report to work? I was there for half a day, going off to clinic due to eye infections. I did not punch in or out (no reporting to work system in place). Can I use this as a valid argument? I have no problem with the hiring company, just the employment agency. Because there's a letter under the employment agency stated that if I accepted the offer of their client and resign within 3 months' of employment, I need to pay a sum of fees to the company. They supposed to get commission by getting me employed with their client, and so nothing now they want to squeeze from me.

I will be receiving a legal letter for sure according to the employment agency Finance Director. What should I do next?

Which GC suits my old motherboard?

Noob in computer hardware. I wanted to upgrade my Graphic Card from my existing Nvidia Geforce2 MX 100/200. Few questions here.

System : Pentium® 4 CPU 1.6GHZ
RAM : 1.6GB
Motherboard : P4M266-8233
System Manufacturer : VIA Technologies, Inc
System Type : X86-based PC
BIOS : Phoenix Technologies

Existing Graphic Card : Nvidia Geforce2 MX 100/200

I hope I have provided enough information for the sifus to analyse which GC suits me.
I hope I am right, all I know about my system is I can only use AGP graphic cards? Here are also lists of GC I saw, so hopefully you could point out to me, which 1 I can use which 1 doesn't suit my system.
