My graphic card is HIS Ati 5870. When I play game such as FIFA 12, suddenly black screen or greenish stripe screen will appear on my display. Then, the only things that I can do is forced restart my computer. This happen very frequently, like every times I play the game. So, is this the graphic card problem? screenshot:

im also using arctic accelero xtreme plus II vga cooling. The gpu temperature is about 50 C when playing the game. I think this is not a heat problem.

hello. i'm buying a new customizable notebook gaming. my budget is about $2000. for that price, i can choose 2 combination of processor and graphic card. the combination are:

#1 - Intel Core i7-840QM Processor, 1.86 GHz, 8MB Smart Cache
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460M w/1.5GB GDDR5

or

#2 Intel Core i7-740QM Processor, 1.73 GHz, 6MB Smart Cache
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 470M w/1.5GB GDDR5

the rest of the components are about the same. i dont know whether i should choose the higher performance graphic card or higher processor specs. or maybe it is worth more if i choose the i7-840QM processor with the gtx470m graphic card because i need to add extra $300 for this. thank you.
