I owned a pair of Klipsch GMX 2.1 speakers for home desktop since 2006 and recently it has been giving out static sound even though I turned off the volumn completely.
Its getting annoying and may I ask if there are any shops specializing in fixing speaker problem? Don't feel like buying new pair of speakers

Hey every sifus at lowyat forum, I have a problem with my PC since yesterday.
I couldn't boot my computer because whenever I power on my pc, the processor fan will run for 2~3 seconds and stop, same goes to my display card fan and hard disk will stop functioning.....
I've tried with just connecting the molex to CPU and display card...it can boot perfectly. But whenever I plug my 160GB master hdd, the pc itself will have the problem as I've mentioned above and depends on my luck, sometimes it can boot into windows perfectly. There is no problem when I plug my secondary 40GB hdd only....it will boot perfectly. So I'm not very sure that the problem lies on my hdd, motherboard or PSU???
I hope someone will be able to answer my doubt here...

Kingston 512 + 256MB DDR RAM
Nvidia 6600GT

LG H10N DVD-Burner problem!

Recently i have bought a LG H10N dvd-burner from one of the bulk orders in lowyat. I have encounter problems of burning dvds or cds. Everytime I try to burn, sometimes Nero will just stuck at 1% and the whole system became unstable. There is also sometimes nero displays an error "Session Fixtation"...I dunno what's causing the problem here...hardware related or software related....anyone can help me here?

How to check whether if users are suppose to input integer data type instead of char, string, long,etc and the program is suppose to catch the error when user input the wrong data type???
