Regarding MSI 8400GS overheating

Hi guys recently i having a problem with my customer's PC, its about the Graphic card running at 50C"~53C" without playing any games yet. but when i tried to play the game like GTA, NFS Prostreet the Graphic Card Temperature will goes 60"C something man and it will caused the PC hang in the game but the window does'nt affected. i really don't understand even i had changed the new 1 also same results.

Any of you having the problem before, lets share together

Guys i need helps here

as my PC installed The SIM 2 but it run very slow at housing screen.

My PC Spec:
Intel Pentium D 915 2.8GHz 65nm
2GB DDR2
PowerColor X1650Pro 512mb 128bit
160Gb hdd
liteon dvd writer

Hi all I am just a newbie here,

Just want to ask a few questions regarding the Intel Pentium D & Intel Pentium Dual Core performances.

1)As some of my friends told me pentium dual core performances is better than Pentium D
is that true?

2)But i had refer the intel official website and compared both of the processors and i've found out
no matter clocking speed and the L2 Cache still Pentium D leading but they said pentium dual core better than pentium D is that totally true????
