Suspected school bully at ISKL

Sharing a post of my friend's son who was suspected to be a bully case but the school (International school of Kuala Lumpur) said it was a seizure and fall (or the other way round which doesn't make sense

My son (14yo going on to 15yo) a Grade 9 student of International School of Kuala Lumpur (ISKL) had an accident, "a fall" in school on Tuesday, 9th April 2019 and that it was quite bad.

2.34pm Received call from Jeffrey Harwood, Asst Principal advising that my son had a fall and it was quite bad. My son was being sent to Gleneagles Hospital and I was to meet them there.

3.15pm ISKL's van arrived with Zemin on stretcher accompanied by school's Nurse Rina and Physiotherapist Jay.

Nurse Rina told ER doctor that my son had a seizure then a fall
Physiotherapist Jay told ER doctor that my son had a fall then a seizure

4.20pm Received call from my husband Goh Ching-Chee who had gone to school to ascertain what actually transpired.
He met with Nurse Rina and Physiotherapist Jay. Then met with Asst Principal, Jeffrey Harwood who "can confirm to you it was a fall before the seizure".
