trade in car at used car dealer

Guys,

Planning to trade in my current car at used car dealer;

My car=assuming market 2nd value is rm35k (let say with outstanding bank loan =rm40k.so i still own bank rm5k)

Used car from dealer=rm30k

Will the dealer accept this deal?will used the balance rm5k to clear my bank loan..

Planning to let go my persona 2013 with a used 2011/2012 myvi (lagi best)

Myvi SE1.3 auto 1/2 month old ignition problem..

Hi
My myvi SE 1.3 auto just 2 weeks old only..
And sumtime i have problem to start the engine..
Few times only..
Not so frequent..
I have to force start the engine..
Meaning to say i have to hold the key to start position until the engine kicking...or either i have to press the fuel pedal then the engine will start..

Anyone facing this problem?

Btw,this problem can be easily spotted..
When i unlocked the car using alarm..the alarm sound very slow..
Seems that the battery drain out..

This problem doesnt occured often..as mentioned just few times only but enough already to scare me as the car still new..

OEM or Retail?

i recently bougt E6600 which is OEM proc..
my question is, my fren told me that oem version of proc is not good..
not only not warranty provided..
but the oem is cheaper..
i would like to ask why...

what the differences between retail unit and oem???

Xigmatek achilles and m-atx mobo..[update]

i am considering to buy a mobo..
but the problem is my achilles is a little big for the m-atx mobo..
my question is..is this cooler fits any m-atx mobo??
even my atx mobo i hv problem to mount it..
Afraid that the north-bridge cause problem when mounting the achilles..

2 slot of kingston RAM (2GB+1GB)
BIOSTAR T-965 SERIES..

My question is, i want to buy true power psu..
because of budget is so tight...
is Silverstone 400Watt true power enuf for my rig??
im a guy who only oc using the mobo software..
not kaw2 1..

2.4Ghz..FSB 800Mhz..2Mb L2 Cache..
3GB Kingston 800Mhz DDR2 Ram (2GB+ 1GB)
PSU 460Watt CoolerMaster Extreme
Mobo Biostar T-Power 965..
Harddisk 3pieces..
Asus OC (Top) 3650 256 DDR3..

I want to overclock mine..but im using the auto setting in the bios..until 2.8Ghz only..But not stable..
but i want to try until 3.XGhz because i see a lot of forumer can achieved until 3.XGhz
using C2D E2160..how can that happened?
I did try manual but hang..blue screen appears..
is it my mobo?psu not enough?
help me guy..
i oso wan 2 try the same..

If any of my rig not enough requirement..
suggest what to change..

how to increase xigmatek s1284 speed fan?
i just bought 1 and i want it to run around 2000rpm..
but mine only run for 1580 rpm..
so how..??
internet show that this try of cooler can reduce the temp until 36c..
but mine 46c when full load..
im using biostar t-force 965 my mobo..

My system start to hang when i try to play any games..
when i reset it, 'dot & line' appear on the screen..
what problem is it???
is it the gc?motherboard?or the PCI-e 16x slot?
P/s: my gc card fan is not functioning and i don't why..

8500GT problem

i got prob here..
im using 8500 gt 256 mb ddr3..
when i play game..the system hang after a while..
when i reset "red- dot&green dot&red line" appear on my screen..the system also unable to open window (Seem only can boot)
what is the problem??
p/s: The gc fan is on working but i already add bundle fan as replacement..
is it the gc?PCI-e slot?or the driver (already reinstall twice)

HELP!!
