How to make a boy to be a romantic person?

related to my topic, what is ur opinion?
plz share ur experience, boys n girls can share..

edit:
i've been with him for 2 years..
i'm 20 n he is 21..

i ask him b4, why he cant be a romantic person, he said he is too shy to do all the things..
and he used to working very hard so that all things that he do, he do very rough..

actually i'm not purposing to change him,
i just wan to help him to be more romantic
(he asked me to slowly ask him what couple do n slowly change him, as he himself also feel that he got problem on doing couple thingy)

recently, he bcome a really nice person, i dun know why..
i think bcoz valentine is coming..

the thing that i hate the most is that we cant speak properly and argue a lot bcoz misunderstanding bcoz different language >,<
and he never tell me anything that happening, coz he said he dun wan me to think too much and although he tell me, what can i do for him after he told me everything..
i know i cant help, but at least i know whats happening, if not what for i become his gf?
i know why he love me, bcoz other ppl never thread him nicely, and his friends also only around when he got money..
he like to be going around with me n my friends..

hmm.. actually i still wan with him, but i not sure whether it is a right decision or not... coz i cry a lot, he know i cry, he still doing the same things..
i told him b4, "nobody will make his partner cry n hurt if he love the partner.. if u dun wanna c me cry anymore, plz break me"
everytime i wanna break him, he change a bit, bcome better bf, but should i cry n being hurt a lot b4 he realize what should he do?

i got few choice here:
a. dumb him (but i cant hurt him, i wan him to realize that actually me n him not suit each other) tell me how..
b. give him time
c. i change to be less romantic?

Hi, can somebody help me? Last time i accidentally click some buttons then suddently i cant see any pictures in LYN, and all the New Topic, Bump, and all buttons gone.. So now i'm using Internet explorer, but its causing so many problem..
Plz help, what should i do?

Hi, i'm finding a place to have some small b'day party, on 29nov..
it is just a small party, 20-25ppl..
my theme is costume party...
i wanna find a nice place, but not too expensive..
some of my fren suggest me to have party in home, but i scare it doesn work well ><
my location in Bangsar.. KL..
any suggestion?
