chinese surname in english

Hey for the chinese out there, what is your opinion on putting the alphabet surname in the IC following pinyin instead of based on dialect translated? Eg. Ivan Chen instead of Ivan Tan? Whats your opinion on this? A few reasons cos 1. Chinese in other countries based on mandarin pinyin. 2. so that others wont able to tell my background whether i'm hokkian or cantonese or fuzhou.

personal loan to buy property

I know not many people out there would use a personal loan facility to buy property.

I am thinking of using personal loan facility to buy property because i can avoid paying loan agreement legal and stamp duty, can avoid 6k to 8k charges.

Another reason is the interest rate is 2.15% fixed rate, for government staff.

The last reason is i only need short tenure loan, about 4 years enough to clear off, amount RM250k.

i am not thinking of using cash buy because mostly my money has long ago placed in non bumi asnb fund, so hard to buy.

The question is would I be questioned by inland revenue board for buying with cash? or they would already knew that i am using a personal loan?

What are the downside/disadvantage compare to using bank loan?

Guys, what are the possible bad consequences to the current Pr1ma buyer? Especially on the title issuance later, and also management.

Recently Pr1ma reduced price for their properties. Now PH is talking about dissolve the whole entity.

Worry for those who owns Pr1ma house.

oil leaking

I realized that my Iswara is leaking oil. I can see small oil stain on the car poach down the engine. I have asked around and one mechanic after inspecting the car told me that it was due to the timing belt oil seal. I can see the oil leaks from somewhere near the oil filter. According to him, there was no other where else that causes the leak. This is a very annoying problem, worrying that changing the oil seal will do nothing.

I need advise from the Experts! Thanks!

Anyone have any idea on what is a LSD gearbox? Coz recently when I wanna change gear oil and come across this terms. What is the kind of gear box for proton iswara LMST?

Also what is the difference between gear oil and manual transmission fluid?

Guys, I need some help here. My car (iswara LMST) has clocked the 40,000 km point. I'm thinking of doing a full service like changing the manual transmission fluid, brake fluid, power steering fluid, fuel filter, coolant, engine oil and filter etc..Some ppl say the manual transmission fluid (is it gear box oil?), brake fluid and power steering fluid do not need to change, just top up when neccessary. Experts please help! TQ.

My question is:
1. Do you think good for me to do such service?
2. If yes, what are the other things I need to change as well? (I heard about differential fluid and etc)
3. Is there such thing like gear box oil filter?
4. I plan to purchase some items through my oilstore.com, can I trust whether their products is genuine or not?

Engine oil depletion

I'm driving Iswara A/B, 4 years old car..Can anyone tell me is it normal for my engine oil reduce about 20% each time I change the oil? I used Shell Helix Plus semi syn SAE 15w50. By the way, I decide to swith to fully synthetic mobil 1 15w50, and flush my engine before I switch..any comment on that?
