Responsibilities:

- Resolve IT tickets/jobs assigned in timely manner (Hardware, Software’s, Applications)
- Assist in maintaining IT network, servers, applications and security systems

- Configure and maintain end-user accounts on Active Directory, Mail Exchange

Requirements:
- Minimum Degree / Diploma in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum One to Two years’ hands on experience in IT Support
- Basic administrating knowledge of IT Servers (Active Directory, Mail Exchange Server)
- Basic knowledge of IT Network (IP Addresses, DHCP, DNS, Gateway, Firewalls, Switch, AP’s)
- Basic IT Troubleshooting knowledge in PC, Servers, Network (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
- Familiar with Cloud Storage Apps (Dropbox, One Drive, Google Drive, etc)
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 OS Installations and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Familiar with Skype, GoToMeeting, VoIP Conference Solutions
- MAC OS experience preferred
- Good communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English
- Have good sense of problem solving skills, able to handle pressure
- Ability to work on weekends, evening hours or holidays as needed or assigned

Maxis Outage in Puchong

This morning I found my iphone got no service. I reset it and got signal again. Then after a few minutes, drop no signal. I can make any calls not even to maxis 123. Anyone around Puchong having this problem? i'm at puchong perdana.

PC starts up but nothing on monitor

There was a power failure one day. When power came back on, my PC had this problem. When turn on the PC, it gave a long beep and 3 short beeps. Then it proceed to start up windows but nothing displayed on the LCD monitor. It's as though the MB could not detect the monitor. I know windows started up because I can hear the windows start up music after a while. I took out my graphics card and plug the LCD into the inbuilt DVI-D port. Same issue. Plug the graphics card back into, still same problem.

Is my MB fried?

NB: I'm using Asus P7H55D-M Pro.
