            <description>&amp;#39;According to the Inland Revenue Board’s (IRB) Public Ruling (PR) 4/2011, letting of real property is deemed as a business source if maintenance services or support services COMPREHENSIVELY and ACTIVELY provided by landlord&amp;#39;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Putting aside the no of properties (which i have fulfiled this criteria), my main concern is the maintenance &amp;amp; support services. If i provide cleaning &amp;amp; house keeping serrvice to my tenant that say i get a housekeeping maid for them every two months, is this considered as &amp;quot;maintenance services or support services COMPREHENSIVELY and ACTIVELY provided by landlord??&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If it is not, can any sifu give some tips: how to make your rental as business income?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>

            <description>I have few properties joined name w others. So far touch wood everyone is paying their loan in time n no issues. But I just want to know, how u guys prevent other partners for not paying their loan? Wat will happen if one party refuse to pay?</description>
