Date of transaction: 13/3/2010

Details of the complaint : PM-ed seller (LINZ) on Mar 10. Exchanged PM and text messages from Mar 11 where she claimed its a genuine IPHONE 3GS 32G she got as present. Then she txted me on Mar 13, telling me she's in KL. As i was leaving back to Penang, i asked sis to COD wif her. My sis didnt know how to tell if its genuine Iphone or not. Assuming its genuine, she COD-ed on my behalf on 14 Mar for Rm1XXX. Then finally on 23 Mar, got the opportunity to check the phone myself, figured it was counterfeit IPHONE. So i texted her back, in which she responded she didnt know its counterfeited IPHONE.

Seller has contacted me & has agreed refund me as soon as she realized there were loads of couterfeited iphone in the market. Consider case partially closed. So thanks guys for the support. We have such a healthy forumers here and i really really appreciate those support.

An update. Partially reimbursed. After agreeing to installments, first payment was timely sometimes late Mar 2010. Texted her again on 29th April and she promised to bank in on 30th April.

She finally did credit the $$$ into my account at 1:09am today (thats 2 May 2010) and i was notified via email.

Last remaining sum was paid last night 31 June 2010. Thank you Linz.
