a) Getting/Changing H for Sabahan and K for Sarawakian for child's IC
- request for it when changing child IC from MyKid to MyKad at 12 years old

b) Getting H for Sabahan and K for Sarawakian for child's Passport
- you can either request it during first passport application or during passport renewal, but not too late or might have to fill more forms (someone pls confirm)
- can be done in either Jabatan Imigresen in Jalan Duta (near pulika) or Putrajaya. There is a special Sabah/Sarawak counter. You can't do this in UTC.
- You have to go to fill forms, and wait for 5 days for approval, then go back to apply for passport
- You have to bring birth cert of dad or mum (sabahan/sarawakian) and birth cert of child.

Note:
The staff told me if you added H/K to your IC, but your child passport is still starting with A. Then you must change your child's passport.

i.e Your child hold a passport start with A at the age of 10, and your child added H/K to his IC at the age of 12. Then you must change your passport. This was told by one of the staffs, please ask and confirm.

However, it is ok to hold a passport with A if your child is under 12 or before changing to Mykad.

The info here is based on personal experience and might not be accurate, for latest info please contact Immigration department.

Now we will need to use

Jusco RM100 @ Old:16700 TP, New: 20000 TP
Petronas RM50 @ Old:8500 TP, New: 10000 TP

I have checked the website, they are using the new 20000 TP Code.
Heard from a forumer that the old treat point of 16700 is still valid until 1st April.
