(1) Position: Software Development Lead / Manager - Full-time
Responsibilities:
-Takes full responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of complex projects (typically greater than 12 months, with significant business, political, or high-profile impact, and high-risk dependencies), ensuring that realistic project, quality, change control and risk management processes are maintained. Monitors and controls resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget and manages expectations of all project stakeholders
-Identifies and manages the resources necessary for all stages (planning, estimation, execution) of individual systems development projects to ensure technical, financial and quality targets are met.

Responsibilities:
-Ensure purchase invoices are entered correctly and are processed within SLA
-Registration and processing of supplier invoices including 3-way matching with purchase orders and GRNs
-Ensure invoice approvals are in line with Delegated Finance Authorities policy, coded correctly and identify invoices with prepayment coding requirements and process accordingly

(3) Position: Service Desk Analyst - Full-time
Responsibilities:
-Working as part of the Helpdesk team processing enquiries, problems and request fulfilment for Detica’s internal customers received over the telephone, email & web self service.
-Logging all interactions within our Call Management application and where possible providing first time fix resolution to the customer.
-Remote Request Fulfilment for services such as Access Rights, Hardware and Software requests in line with defined processes.

Requirement:
-At least 2 year(s) of working in a similar 24x7 environment and experience in technical troubleshooting is required for this position

Cyber Security Consultants (Penetration Testing) are responsible for the provision of chargeable consulting services to clients either individually or as a member of a team. Services should be oriented towards providing repeat business for the clients, formation of strategic relationships with clients, and supporting the broader business unit achieve targets and goals. The role of the Cyber Security Consultant includes responsibility for supporting and/or managing the profitable operation of the business unit, and for supporting, leading and/or managing the sales process with clients, both under a prescribed doctrine of policy and procedures.
