Can't connect to UNIFI

Location: damansara

Personal equipment
Modem: TM modem

Firewall used:

Problem details

I just got my UNIFI.. one of my pc cannot connect and it keeps showing "Windows was unable to find a certificate to log you on the network"

It's running on XP service pack 2. I am using an external wifi usb for this pc. The model no. is Aztech Wireless-N Usb 2.0 adaptor

The settings :

Network authentication : WPA-PSK (there's no WPA2-PSK)
Data encrption : AES

I have unchecked the "Enable IEEE 802.1x authentication for this network" and restart.

The problem still cannot be solved. Please help and advice.. thanks!!!
