Selling a Factory reset protection phone

hi, basically i just sold my Mate 9 yesterday to a forumer here. having factory reset it from the phone setting, i didn't aware that it has factory reset protection enabled.
I simply factory reset it, box it and post to the buyer. Today the buyer can't log in into the phone and stuck at registration and was asked to enter deatails of previously used google account.

any workaround for this?

Hi guys, want to sell off my extra phone bought in March 2015. I just used it for call and internet. No gaming, most of the time will be in my pocket.
I bought it because i need dual sim phone with both sims can be used for at least 3G internet without switching sim card slots.
Previously using Moto G 2014 8GB but no space left thus bought this phone with microSD card support.
The phone says sim 1 is LTE and sim 2 is 2G but i can confirm you that both slot can do at least 3G internet by choosing which sim for data in menu.
No need to open battery cover and swap sim slot. Haven't test LTE cause my area no LTE.
Reason for selling ---> after few months waiting for porting in to Celcom from Umobile,(which i thought already rejected), recently my porting in to Celcom is successful and i no longer need dual sim phone.

Samsung Plasma PA60H5000 - is it a worthy upgrade?

hi all, just wanna ask something here.

i'm thinking of upgrading my 43" samsung plasma PS43d451 to bigger screen TV and saw the price of Samsung plasma PA60H5000 is aroung rm2.5k. Do you think it will be a worthy upgrade? I'm already accustomed to Plasma screen and have no issue with my current TV, just that thinking of upgrading to bigger screen.
But i heard this particular PA60H5000 is using Pentile matrix display, not sure how it performs actually.

Hello guys, may need some opinion here regarding my choice for cd player. I have Yamaha amp a-s500 paired with wharfedale speaker, currently using my NAD BD player to play cd.
Given my current beginner setup, which is a better cd player for me as I have narrow down to these 2 beginner players. Yamaha cd-s300 or marantz cd5004? Both are almost at the same price. I may consider yamaha Cd-s700(more expensive) as well. The reason I chose yamaha is it compliment the look of my current amp. But the marantz has a very good review for a cd player.

hi all sifu's & lyn members..need help here..

just now when i came back home, i noticed my external HDD (western D) didnt detected by my tv..i always hook it up to my tv as media hdd..seldom turn it off..then i hooked it to my laptop, still the same. i noticed the hdd is not spinning.i tried to switch on & off..still not detected. anyone can tell me whether my hdd is totally broken or not? if so, is there any way i can save all the data inside?

hi all sifus, i need some help here..

how to start, erm..ok..i tried to setup router for internet connection but failed.
this is the scenario; 1 internet cable---->ethernet switch--->3 cables out to 3 computers(user A, user B, user C).each user has own pppoe account, own username n password..ok, let say user A tried to put user B 's username n password, internet can't connect in user A's computer..although from same internet cable..

i tried to connect the internet thru router also cannot connect..
my question is how user B can share his internet using router?i've set up pppoe setting in user B's computer but no internet yet.the router is Edimax BR-6104K.

sorry but i don't know how to explain..really noob at internet connection..hope someone here understand what im triying to say..by the way, im not in malaysia..im living in ukraine right now.

can i claim warranty for this external hard disk?

hi everyone..i've a question here..
my friend has a maxtor basic 750gb external storage but the hard disk stopped functioning a couple months ago..he 'kopak' (disassemble violently) the external hard disk casing to check the hard disk is functioning or not using other external hard disk casing..the result is the same, the hard disk was detected but can't be formatted..it showed RAW file..
the question is, can he claim the warranty for the hard disk? is the warranty voided bcoz he opened the external casing? we are staying oversea that's why he can't send for warranty before..

hi there..need help about my laptop..
i'm using an old hp laptop..the spec is centrino pentium M 1.6, 1gb ddr ram..recently, i feel sometimes the laptop will make a loud noise, and is very hot at bottom left..i notice the laptop will be not responsive before it will turn off suddenly..this happens so many times already..what's the prob actually?
