I’ve witness a form of rasuah ( corruption). But will feel more like extortion.
I was buying stuff, while waiting my wife outside gadget shop, I saw some police doing checks on shop documents.
I just went to my car to avoid unnecessary troubles la who know what they want to kacau u for.
After all the checking etc, I saw the staff go across the street assuming he go tapao. To my shock he put a bag or form of small bag under the police car tyre.
After a while , the shop was instructed to close, but as the police go to the car, he look around suspiciously and bend down to take the stuff under the car tyre before secretively pass it into the car to his colleague via passenger window.
During this pandemic time I really pity those people running business having to go through all this to make some earning.
Meanwhile these police easily get extra income not by hardwork but by doing this!
Should I report this?
I actually have clearer footage on my dashcam
