This may sounds stupid to some [and my hubby too]

I was a Account Manager for a MNC having a comfortable salary of rm35-40k per annum. Somehow, inner me are keep telling tht I should venture out and try different industry. Since last 3 mths, I've been dragging myself to work. So one day I saw an ad for Retail Mgr for a well known co. & applied for it.

Silently, I tender my resignation [which my hubby say 'idiot'] n accept d job for Asst. Retail Mgr (since i dun hv retail experience) and of coz lesser salary (but still enuff to pay bills). I'm glad tht my mom n sister are supporting my decision, as they knw tht I will defitnitly be more happier eventhou I hv to work long hrs n weekends.

Rite now, am not talking to my hubby bcoz of my decision. He keep saying its too sudden n too stupid.
And now he's questioning who's gonna take care of d kids whn i'm working till 10pm.

Am I making d rite decision by following my heart?
