Chance to open a cafe/ restaurant at shopping mall (The Curve) with very low start-up cost.

We are searching for business to take over at our outlet at The Curve (our contract ended).

Outlet are equipped as below :

1. Ceiling and flooring, build-in bar counter, build-in furnitures, menu board, glass panel, roller shutter, lightings, air-curtain and other decorative items.

2. Mechanical & Electrical System (M&E) including fire protection system (fire alarm, sprinkler, clean agent), air conditioning system, kitchen hood, fresh air system, drainage system, water supply and gas pipe
(please be informed that all these items are under specialist works and involve huge cost)

3. Build-in bar tables (indoor). Outdoor seating area also available.

For info, we have spend a lot on these renovation and to reinstate back to zero are such a waste and not to forget incur a lot of money.
As business owner, we felt the burden of starting a business and we have discussed with the Curve management to find a replacement before we proceed with the reinstatement process.
