No boot screen after power on

Hi sifu here,
i did a clean up on my study room yesterday and i have moved my CPU, after all things done, the cpu not able to launch into windows!

symptom :
after power up it cant go into the boot screen, no display at all but my fans and mobo lights is up

what i did:
i thought there might be something port/cable loosen during the move so i dismantle all component in the cpu and reconnect it back, but problem still remain. then i tot something happend wif BIOS setting so i do the mobo jumper reset but still same

suspect :
either mobo or ram was kong (unknown reason) ??

Any advice for what i can try more?

Not able to connect to wireless in DHCP

im using a D-Link DIR 516 and i have setup a DHCP (with ip range 100~199) wireless environment in the office, but i am facing the problem that it is not able to connect to the internet without pre-assign a static ip to the particular laptop. and this will be a problem if there is alot of lappy which need to connect to the network.

but another office which using TM unify with TM wireless router is able to do this without any problem.

so i guess there must be some configuration i set wrong at the 1st place?

Is there any software or ways which i want to share files, picture for READ only and not able to let ppl to edit, copy to other place?

hi, all sifu here i need abit of advise

the company currently is running static ip for ALL the PC to connect to the network, but do this need to apply to the wifi setting as well? how am i able to set it to dhcp so that visitor also can just scann and connect with the web key?

My 9 yrs old Altec Lansing ADA 885 died on me earlier, now i need to seek for a new pc speaker to use for my PC as home theater.

i did check with some of my fren but they are using those higher end model which i currently cannot afford so here i am seeking advise from all sifu here.

Below is my requirement :
1. Budget of rm400~600 (little bit adjustable if a better model not far from the budget range)
2. 60% for MKV movie, 30% for gaming and 10% for music
3. Remote control provided (not a must but a plus if come with)
4. at least 5.1 channel
5. Can directly connect to PS3 (optical input??)
6. Local selling model only (can find easily in Malaysia shop)
7. Don't want 2nd hand item
8. Prefer model make after 2009

Kindly state the reason and the good of the model you recommend, as for spec i would get it from google.
