now i am looking at these 3 mobo:
1 - Asus Z170 Pro gaming
2 - Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 3
3 - MSI Z170 Gaming Pro Carbon

which do you guys think is the best? and reason?
initially i only looked at MSI.. then some readings online found that their QC is very bad.. so went and search on Asus and Gigabyte..
Asus i feel the price is a bit on the high side compared to the other two.. and Gigabyte is cheaper among all I think..

gigabyte z170x gaming 3 is using killer ethernet E2200.. while the other two is using intel LAN i219.. which is better?

so many more things slightly diff here and thr.. so cant make up my mind.. lol

seagate backup plus slim

Hi guys...
recently i bought a backup plus slim from lazada... but when the package came.. I am shocked.. cuz the box given is for backup plus but not slim...
but it has a sticker printed by lazada n it writes slim..
so i open the package.. den it looks like a slim to be..

but when i look at the model number.. its SRD00F1..
so i googled this model.. its seagate expansion instead of backup plus nor backup plus slim..

i am suspecting whether lazada has sold me a genuine hard disk or not..
any pro has a clue?.. or appreciate if anyone with a genuine backup plus slim tell me whether their model number is the same...

water meter stolen.. how?

this morning when i wake up.. realize there is no water supply.. then i thought just water shortage..

but it happens that my water meter got stolen.. its those old steel type so i think thats y ppl go n steal it..

so what can i do now?.. do i need to report to police?.. and do i have to pay for a replacement?.. any experienced around? thx..

In case it happens to you.. just call syabas.. then pay abt RM 81 (as of now, subject to inflation maybe)... then they will replace it.. quite efficient..

i m looking to buy watches.. i browse thru a few online.. like casio edifice.. seiko.. my budget is around 1-1.5k.. any good suggestion.. preferably auto power 1..
i look at the casio edifice.. their 700db n 1000db series are both solar powered.. so is solar powered better or kinectic powered better.. any pros pls give some suggestion on watches that fits my budget.. =P

err.. i dunno how to say this.. i just formatted my laptop.. when i am dealing with all the driver.. i came across the properties of My Computer.. my laptop is equipped with core2duo 2.0ghz.. but it only shows 997mhz on the next line.. as in the 1st line is to show the model codename and next line is to show the actual speed.. and it is randomly showing 1.99ghz and 997mhz.. let the picture do the talking.. ==

highly suspicious .exe file

ok.. i happen to executed an .exe file that is highly suspicious just a moment ago.. i ran the file.. n it just disappear and nth came up.. ya the .exe file actually disappeared after i click it.. so i suspect it might be some spyware or virus.. maybe keylogger or something... so wat i did next is i system restore to the yesterday.. so will this remove watever possibility that it has done on my pc?.. anyone pls help my random stupidity..

hmm.. currently i have a desktop which suddenly cannot be turned on..
usually when u turn on the pc, it has green light ma..
but now when i try to turn on, the LED that suppose to have green light is now red light..
i can hear fans are running.. but the monitor is not showing anything..

hi there, wanna ask some noob question =P

1. how to store string in array form?
i tried something like this

char* name[5];
char tempname[10];

for(i=0;i<5;i++)
{
scanf("%s",tempname);
name[i]=tempname;

}

but it end up from name[0] to name[4], all will be the last string i entered .. cuz they take name[i] and tempname as the same thing.. as one string..
help~..

2. is there anyway to use pointer to modify data in the middle of text file instead of retrieving all and rewrite? =[
