11street Lego - Cancelled Order

I shop on 11street a lot and have been satisfied with their products and services so far. I'm looking for some Lego sets and saw it available on 11street. But my friend said that the seller PNK Global Korea have cancelled his orders 3 times, with the reason out of stock. It gets listed, friend purchase, order cancelled due to stock issues. Re-listed again, purchase again, order cancelled again. My question is why re-list the product up if there isn't enough stock?

Are there any other options for me to consider?
