[WTA] Windows 10 refresh Procedure

Hi there,

Recently I did a huge upgrade for my GPU (GTX460 -> GTX1070), and my currently CPU is still the year old phenom II X4 955.
I do understand that currently CPU will be the bottleneck, and I've thought of an upgrade for it as well, but one question comes into my mind, it has been a very long while since the last time I did a full reinstall of the OS. My current OS (Windows 10 Home) is upgraded from Windows 7 Home Premium (Retail).

If I changed the mobo and cpu (from AMD to Intel), do I still need to do a full reinstallation ? And if yes, do I still able to activate the same product key ?
I've googled some site for info but the info is inconsistent, some site mention it will treat the free upgrade as OEM and some said it will still be retail copy and can be transfer over to new PC.

Problem details
First occurence of problem: After package upgrade.
Problem frequency: After package upgrade.
Problem description:

After package upgrade from VIP 20, the speed can't really reach even 80% of the subscribe speed. I've tried all the standard troubleshoot procedure still doesn't seems to work. Most of the time on wireless i can get around 20++megabit, while on wired connection i can get 30++megabit. Today TM technician have come over and tried my connection. I see they bring another unit of router for testing, that unit while connected with wireless got the same speed as my current router, while on wired it gets full 50 megabit.
The conclusion they told me that is this package required a specific router from TM and they will dispatch another team to follow up with me on this issue.
So I was wondering is there only some "specific" model or there is some settings that i need to setup ?
Requiring "specific" router for this sounds ridiculous to me.

Any advised is appreciated.

Hi there,

I'd like to know that is this particular router can be configure as a DNS server as well ?
Because currently I have a wireless printer, and sometimes need to log in to check for some issue, is a bit troublesome to ask everyone to remember the IP address so I wonder can i setup a DNS just for use in local network.
If it is not supported, is there any alternative solution (preferably economical solution )

Getting another card purely for physx

as title mentioned, recently i just upgraded my gc and realize that certain game i play(like batman:aa) will spike randomly(fps dropped to 2.4 )
so i was thinking is it gc problem or will it be my cpu prob ? the spec is in my siggy.

Im currently using a linksys wag120n modem router. wifi encrypted with wpa2 mixed. 1 of my house mate using d-link dwl-122 wifi dongle can't connect to the wireless. it recognize the wifi connection as wep not wpa2, the com is running windows 7. other housemate including me have no problem with it. any1 knows whats wrong with it ?
