questions on semi-flexi home loan repayment

hi all,

I'm going to buy a house and now still thinking to get full-flexi or semi-flexi loan.

I prefer semi-flexi because no monthly charges, save RM120+ per year.

but I do calculate if i pay the repayment bi-weekly, it can save alot of interest and also the tenure years.

so now my question is, how to make bi-weekly repayment if semi-flexi home loan?

example:

monthly repayment (1-2-2015) = RM2000
bi-weekly (eg:15-1-2015) i will pay RM1000 instead of wait until eg: 1-2-2015 to pay the full amount.

I asked banker, they said for semi-flexi home loan, will have to open a saving account and standing instruction for auto paying the installment on every 1st of the month, but still can direct debit into the loan account to reduce the daily interest.

But, if bi-weekly (eg:15-1-2015) i pay RM1000 into loan account, and another RM1000 will bank into the saving account later before 1-2-2015, the SI will not get the RM1000, it will only get the total RM2000, as what the banker said.

Is this true?

any way to save interest from semi-flexi loan beside dump in extra cash thn the monthly installment amount?

Hi all pro...
My sister own a HTC one S and one day her phone batt totally drained and can't turn on even charging...
so she try to turn on by pressing power button + volume doen button to turn on...(this is not the first time her phone not be able to turn on n this method she used b4)
yes the phone finally able to turn on but this time the phone totally format as new...
all apps n data deleted...
is there any method to recover back the photo?
this phone doesn't have SD card and all the photo are stored in phone storage...
all expert please advice...

the white icon appear in jailbroken iPhone is because of libhide installed when u install SBSettings.
eg:

now there is a way to disable it without remove SBSettings.

1. Goto SBSettings > System Wide Options > Mobile Substrate Addons:

Than turn libhide off

DONE!

yesterday i just installed airblue sharing on my jailbroken 4s,
really a must tweak for iPhone user.

i tried to receive picture from android and it will saved into iPhone Photo library.
for music it will saved into music library.
never try to send contact, notes and others yet.

here is the printscreen of the option of the picture in Photo Library.

im not sure whether i can post the solution to crack this tweak over here or not so if anyone of u needed can pm me.

I checked the shutter count using Opanda IExif 2.3 with the below results:
Total Number of Shutter Releases for Camera = 4177 (is this the total shutter count)

he willing to let go all by RM1750.

is this price worth to get ?
