Loan agreement and SNP, are they related?

Can one buy a house using one name for loan and put 2 names in snp?

I have this situation.. Basically

1. Book house (my name)
2. Submit loan (my name)
3. Loan letter offer signed (my name)
4. SNP (me and my fiancee)

But lawyer mention he could not submit the loan agreement to bank as LO is under first party charge but SNP is under third party charge. The bank would decline to sign the agreement.

I can see why as in future if I fail to pay the installment, they would have issues seizing the property. But did anyone purchase a property under this condition?

Just signed a package at DiGi Center SS2. The charger included in the package is a 2-PIN charger.

In all my experience and purchase history of using HTC phones bought from Malaysia. This is the very first time I received a 2-PIN charger. In fact I am using a HTC ONE X (bought since its launch). And it came with a 3-PIN charger.

I argued with the manager about this issue and she told me the 2-PIN is standard.
To me it looked like this unit come from overseas -.-"

Hi all sifus,

My mom got into an accident, perodua kelisa, luckily safe,

But car have to repair.. have to change front bumper, windscreen and radiator water tank.

But the workshop claim that the repair job have to use pirated parts rather than ori parts if want to claim insurance.. because the car is more than 5 year old.. otherwise have to pay additional cost if use ori parts..

When I request clarification from him, he told me that this is a law from Bank Negara quite some time ago.. and this sounds not logical to me.. so just want to ask here,
