Diet..help pls~

Hi there,
I need a diet program to help me reduce my weight and stay healthy.
Well currently i weight around 8+KG and my height is 17+CM and i am 19.
So anyway i am planing to reduce my weight to 75kg at least.so here is my plan

Exercises:

1.Jog 2km in the evening
2.Go for workout in Gym for an hour or two.(anyway dun reli know nid to do wat..)

Food to consume.

Morning:
Usually i dont eat because having class at 8am.
So only a cup of milo.

Lunch:
Mixed Rice(vegetables + chichen)

Dinner:
Nornal...rice..vegetables..chicken...

So if you guys have any suggestion,opinion or etc please post it here
By the way how much do you guys think i can lose in a week?

sigh...i have a gf and we together about few months...
I can say that 1 month we can only see 1 or 2 times...
because when i am free she are not free and vice versa...
So, do u think this is a bad or u think is normal to u?
