been a lot of discussion around klang valley. what about penang? any takers for property in penang? especially second link is closing to completion. saw a lot of development going on nearby the second link at main land.

on the other hand, property in island also growing quite rapidly recently.

for the sake of someone replying, let me start with my enquiry:
i saw a resort by setia somewhere on the way to balik pulau. it is damn ulu place. suddenly a luxury resort there. the road only has 2 lane. one for each side. the development in penang has been funny to me where luxury houses being built next to a kampong

i have no research on penang property, anyone know about its appreciation rate?

I have a great great interest of buying an expensive studio. However im a bit uncapable to pay the loan at the moment.

I am thinking to buy and rent it out, but i am very worried if no one rent then i have to fork out about 2k a month to cover the installment.

Anyone can give comments about buying property and pay part of the installment with house rent?
