Avenue Crest VP Issue

Guys, need your input. As mentioned, I bought a unit of SOFO at Avenue Crest (CB Land project) last year in 2013. Then, VP on early May 2014. But due to Incompetency of the "Panel Lawyer" that CB Land appointed, I've been charged Late Payment Interest which amount to RM 10K. I submitted first appeal letter on early June and i take the courtesy to pay all outstanding fees (advance Maintenance fees). Then it take 1 month to get response and being offered 50% waiver. I wrote in 2nd Appeal Letter early of July 2014. I also get my own lawyer to send a Letter of Demand to CB Land. Up until today, November 2014, i always get a message, "still pending approval", "call back next week" and sort of excuse. I even sent an email to Eric Yong which I'd expect no respond. I even spoke to Assistant Manager and Manager from Sales & Marketing. To top that, I got a verbal promise from the Manager during my confrontation in Sept 2013. But at the end, just because no black & white, sentence like "i don't remember" is all i heard. From my understanding, all the unit being taken care by this Lawyer fall into same fate. Throughout this time frame, i lost 2 opportunity to rent out the unit which i'd highlighted in the Letter. But as usual, "still pending for waiver".

My question is, since this is commercial property, possible i lodge a report to REHDA? Which other Agencies i can take this matter to?

- Chrome peel off at the Top and Bottom due to wear and tear. NOT because of fall down. Refer to picture. Left-Right no peel off. It's due to Casing that I'm using.
- Charging port has some issue. Very picky on Charger. That's why i have 2 Batteries and Desktop Charger which i bought in March. Repair of Charging port is RM 80. I can Discount it or I can fix it. Buyer choose. Thanks.
