my friend was given a warning letter

this morning my friend was called by the HR
then he was issued a warning letter ,but was 2 weeks ago problem: customer service issue
can this happen??? i mean like 2 weeks ago case now only issue ??? still valid??
my friend feel so frustrated and says want to report to labour department lolz

Im need to do a turbo transplant to my hilux ,any good recommended and experience workshop in KL?? other than millennium motorsport that sifu always busy rushing with modifying track cars haha.

any recommendation??? some of the workshop in sunway abit hard to trust , 1 told me 5 days done , some told me need 1 month ....zzzzz

summary is i work in a bank and i got head hunted from another bank

so they willing to pay me 30% increment to my salary and bare all the cost for the transfer

but then that bank which head hunted me , i feel very conservative and well very dead lolz have to stay in the office.

but my current 1 is alright im quite happy with it , happy and fun , good boss ,and flexible but salary lesser la

so currently i have to decide i should go over for the new job or not???

I need advise to help my colleague at work

for the past 1 week ,my colleagues told me their GM (lady) is pain in the ass , felt no point staying with the co. anymore with a pain in the ass attitude GM

so i went to observe their department coz im the co. auditor , where i audit every department work flow and listen to what staff wants to complaint then i will report back to board of directors.

so this are the problems i found out from that department:

1) one of the staff having issues with backlogs so the GM push the staff to 1 side ask the staff to settle the backlogs and concentrate on it , finish...only resume back daily activities , thats fair enough , but....that GM doesnt even bother to guide or help out how to settle, keep tell the staff "you create the problems out , you solve it" ....yes i do agree on this but for the past 1 year trying it but failed and the GM knows it but unwilling to help.

2) even the staffs muka tebal abit go request for GM how solve the problems, the GM ignores ...

3) i also did ask the GM if u dont want to care or want that staff resign why dont u just do it? instead asking ppl do backlogs and ignoring them?? she told me no such things , if the staff themselves cant overcome their own hatred attitude problem against me(gm), the GM said " i push them down to the deepest hell, and i wish them to climb back up and show me they are strong and can improve" .... well that i do agree but on backlogs i dont think that helps and instead will demotivate the staff worst...

4) back to the staff with backlogs , the staff found out some cheques are wrongly key in , the staff confront the GM the cheque was wrongly issued the GM immediately face black and ask the staff get lost , she say she will settle it , u go back to do your backlogs

5) the GM assistant having attitude problems , ask for help = scold , asking need any assistant = scold , 80% of the staffs arent happy with it and morale in that department is dropping quick n communication is weak , i even receive every complaints from other department saying each time call that department will end up arguing.

6) during end of the day , have to file up reports and send to board of directors to review , the GM knows there are problem with the files , just kept quiet , when board of directors request for a reason why such problems will occurred, she push the blames on her assistant and other staffs in her department.
(arent she suppose to back up and protect her department staffs instead pushing the blames to her own department ppl??)

so i need advise is should i direct report it to board of directors , let them investigate into that department or should i confront the GM , or am i wrong ??? i know my english sucks pls give me some advise am i doing the right thing??

if you guys have pass through serdang ktm this morning a glass lorry got into an accident causing bad congestion , those who didnt pass by that road but got updates on radio about the traffic updates right??? any idea to get proof from reliable source of website showing the accident really happen and cause the jam or showing proof????

hi guys

i feel very guilty , not sure this is the right topic area to post on , very sorry
but i want to blast out my unhappy story need help to regain trust from this girl , my colleague

It happen yesterday , i was at work , then my boss walk in and talk on some sensitive issue happen at work , so i feel the boss little bias on the other department and saying i must know what is social and what is work
end up i gone berserk and accidentally say out what i must not said to the boss....end up i accidentally backstab and betray my colleague , and she got call in and got interrogation.

after that , she tell me i trusted you and u upset me and hurt my feelings , i feel very bad and guilty ,ya its my fault but i didnt purposely backstab her and want gain benefit from the company.
so now i want to pujuk her back but how??? she is still very upset and i want to ask her forgiveness

please help me out , i will meet her at 11am , so i dont really have much time left

whats in my mind is i apologize to her face to face , saying its my fault , try my best to have anger management so secrets wont spill out,

what other effective way pls help me out , i need your advise.

Jalan 5 whats going on?

This noon i pass by Jalan 5 the whole stretch of jalan 5 got police block off , since 12pm+
around 20+ police officers were there, some of them wear geared up with Red helmets , with shields , some armed with mp5 machine guns
then around 3pm+ i saw tv3 crew were there also ....any idea whats happening ???

hello there

now i face another problem...the girl i like currently cant face out her own problems for the pass 5 to 6 years
when i confess to her , she rejected me by saying im scared i will have to go through that hurt pain again ...thats why i prefer to frozen my heart and be single
previously she fell deep love with a guy but then that guy promise her, he will love her but then he disappeared for good with no news....

Sorry in advance if i didn't get the right topic or place to post and i created a new topic

a summary of my condition:

i have been couple with this girl(AA) for 7+ years , and i started lose interest and sparkles ever since i went overseas last 2 years 11 months ago
after that , i came back from overseas , i met this girl(BB) at work , somehow i fall in love with her

haih i got the problem of being soft hearted, i will keep think , how the situation will be after i said i want to break up with gf (AA)
coz she dont have much friends , work place just she and her boss ( a new branch office ) , so i will keep think am i being very cruel of causing that girl life to turn around back to 7 years ago lifestyle , i will have the feel of lonely and miserable when i look at her

i tried to save the relationship but somehow how much i tried oso still i cant get the feelings back, i have sponsored her go slimming center , facial centers , health products,

but somehow the girl(BB) in my work place , my feeling towards her keeps deepen month by month to like her alot.

so i dont know leh , what should i do?? please give me advise or show me light to my path way

i was challenge by one of my friend

the question was:

green zombie requires 1 bullet to be taken down, blue zombie requires 2 bullets to be taken down

you are the survive of the gunner , and left 2 bullets in the gun

how to get out of that situation ??

im going nuts trying to think whats the answer
tips is : at the end the gunner survive.

my answers which have been rejected :

1) put the 2 zombies back to back and shoot 2 bullets and penetrate the zombies
2) shoot the blue zombie 1st , and disgusting alittle rip the zombie apart and take the bullet and gun down the green zombie
3) shoot the blue zombie and the green zombie lost a commander and retreat haha
