Cannot boot Windows 7

I have just bought an Asus R9 290 to upgrade my rig. I am using Asus P7P55 LX + Intel i5 750 + 8GB RAM + 620W Seasonic PSU.

Problem now is I can not load my windows after plugging in the card, stuck at windows logo page. I am however, able to load safe mode.
I tried to boot from windows disc but stuck at windows logo as well.
Anybody can advise on what to be done?

Hi guys, I need to transfer money to a person to buy something. However I found out that the person's name appears with an asterisk " * " under account holder name under 3rd party account transfer. I tried to call maybank hotline 10 times but nobody picked up. Do you guys have any idea what does the asterisk mean?

Is my PSU dead?

I started my pc just now, like normal it went into the windows and then sudden shut off. No boom nor smell from PSU, then i tried to start again, the led and fans ran for a while then off. Until now still cant start. Cant be my ram, checked and tried one by one. Am thinking either mobo or PSU. PSU just got end of last year, enermax true power. Any suggestions folks?

I was using AOC 2434PW before this and my games are all SMOOTH until I changed to LG IPS236 yesterday and I am experiencing stuttering game play for games. I have installed my screen's drivers and also updated my graphic drivers. Problem is still there. I tried all configuration with the screen dy, switching modes, but to no avail. my spec is as listed on my sig. All sifus, SOS!

I'm staying at Seri Kembangan, Selangor most of the time but i'm gonna stay in paka, terengganu for 3 months and so and also going to stay in KK, sabah for a period of time every year. So, wat broadband should i get? I am a heavy user, surfing, streaming and downloading are all needed. P2P download are not a must, but I do use PPS.... Any suggestions?

I bought a N78 avaxx set last year from a forumer, it has been working flawlessly till few days ago, its speaker no sound. I rarely blast sounds using the speaker. I tried to master reset and check all the settings but to no avail..... so i think its speaker gg ady. can i claim warranty from nokia centre? coz my warranty card is not yet copped and filled.

solving static problem

Guys, b4 i changed my mobo and proc the other days, i did vacuum my casing fans and casing compartments. I heard that using normal vacuum will leave static on a thing, so my current constant bsods maybe from the statics. Is there any free way to get rid of them?

[addedon]December 25, 2009, 12:08 am[/addedon]a few more facts to support my suspicion is that, whenever i open my casing and remove any parts, the computer will works fine for the rest of the day, until i shut down and on it the following morning, the bsod problems will reoccur non-stoppingly. i am suspecting that the statics accumulated move to my hand and allow the parts to work flawlessly whenever i remove and reattach any parts.

I'm not sure whats wrong wif my new rig, jz switched to ASUS P7P55D LX + i5 750 + 4GB TEAM ELITE DDR3 RAM.
I am using windows 7 ultimate and i get bsod every 5 to 10 minutes when i start using. most frequent one is memory management.
I wonder whats the prob? Its so annoying and i havent touched my cpu for nearly the whole week due to this and was busy and dun have time to figure things out. Help me!!!!!!!
